Kiwi inneholder dobbelt så mye C-vitamin som appelsin.
Den finnes med gult og grønnt fruktkjøtt,men her oppe er vi mest kjennt med den grønne. Grønn kiwi inneholder også et proteinspaltende enzym, acitinidin, som er bra for fordøyelsen og gir frukten den egenskapen at vis du legger et par skiver kiwi på kjøtt så mørnes kjøttet.
Per 100g inneholder kiwi ca 60 kcal, 10 g karbohydrater, 1 g protein og 0,5g fett.
Kiwi smaker utmerket alene men oxo fantastisk i min daglige yoghurtblanding! ;)
1 skyr, 1/2 cottage cheese,1-2 ss biola yoghurt.
Toppet med kiwi, bringebær,blåbær,linfrø,havregryn eller det jeg ellers måtte være fristet av der å da.
